A heads up
I used to sell on Ebay but avoid it now (selling that is).
All someone needs to do is file a dispute (mouse clicks). And make up an excuse and they are covered by buyer protection. What this means is, they can claim anything and you have to defund them. No one checks anything. It's your word against theirs and it's all done with email. They almost always side with the buyer.
When you get paid it's held in escrow for 20 days, so the buyer has twenty days to do what he wants.
You would not believe the abuse of these rules.
Now in general selling is still normal. But that is from normal sales; ones that you sell used stuff at big discounts 'so the buyer is getting great deals'. This way, there's no motivation for them to want a refund.
This however, worries me a bit. Your claim as a seller may be totally justified, but crazy impulse buyers are not predictable.
