spaceholder on the home screen?

How do I create a spaceholder on the homescreen?

Ie a blank icon/app that simply lets me put say 3 apps in a row?

I know its possible but cant remember how. Any help is appretiated.

I don't remember what it's called, but I know there's an app in Cydia that lets you do this. Search "blank" or something and see if anything comes up.

If only you could rearrange your apps drag and drop style on your pc and then sync. Redoing 6 pages of apps just how I want is gonna take awhile. Let alone fixing it every time I add another app I find. 🙁
