Spaces and Clicking Problem/Bug

I have noticed that in 10.5.3 when I activate Spaces through a hot-corner, and move to a new space or even stay in the current one, clicking with the mouse is somehow disabled. The keyboard still works fine, but I can't click anything. Relaunching the finder doesn't work, so I have to hit the power button and hit R on the keyboard to restart.

Anybody else notice this problem, or know any way to fix it?
