Spaces Running Slow

Everything else seems to be okay, but when I try to use Spaces, it responds very slowly, it lags, frame rates drop, whatever you want to call it. I don't have anything out of the ordinary running, so I have no clue what is causing this.

Have you done a restart lately, just to clear things out?

Yeah, I thought it might have been that, but I restart enough times during the week.
