For the last few weeks, I’ve been getting spam texts in my text message inbox - even though they’re marked as ”unknown sender” - I have the option set to filter these messages to the unknown sender folder however they keep appearing in my main inbox. It’s hugely irritating as the sender is a name and not a phone number. AVG, Erika and EE Scam Guard have been tried to alleviate the issue to no avail.
I’ve had my number for nearly 20 years and it’s a memorable number so I don’t want to change it, but it’s driving me crazy.
What am I missing? I’m on iOS 27 Beta 2, Watch OS 27 Beta 2 - can’t remember if this issue happened before or after I installed iOS 27. Using iPhone 16 Pro
