Spanish keyboard layout in refurbished

Hi everybody:

Does someone know if is possible to choose the keyboard layout of a refurbished macbook? [or maybe increasing RAM or HDD]

You can't, if they have one with a spanish keyboard it will be listed there separately, but I don't think I've ever seen one in the US store. The RAM and HDD can't be upgraded on the refurb store by apple, but sometimes you do get free upgrades but those are just random
