Spanish Macbook White 13.3

A friend of a friend is selling his spanish macbook and i am interested in buying it. someone told me it is easy to convert the OS to english, is that true? also, do these units have a spanish keyboard as well. i have seen spanish PC's and they do have spanish keyboards. i assume the same goes for a mac.

if so, would it be difficult to swap out the keyboard for an english one?

I have an spanish macbook alu mac. You can change the Mac OSX language anytime you want.

My macbook keyboard is western spanish (latin america), the spanish (spain) is different: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Keyboard_layout#Spanish_.28Spain.29

The actual system language? That's insanely easy. Just go to System Prefs, International, and drag English to the top of the list. Let's put it this way, I use my English Mac in German and switch back and forth between the two several times a day.

The keyboard will be slightly different, however, you can change the layout to an English one meaning it will still look the same but all the keys will be in the same location as they were as a standard English keyboard.

thanks for the info. everything works great. i purchased a north american keyboard on ebay.
