Apps Spark email Client

This looks like a terrific app, and I am keen to get it to work because of the ability to respond to emails from the watch
I am not getting consistent Notifications on the AW, and it is much slower to respond that the native email app from IOS
Anybody get full function from this App ?

I get all emails through but it is slower than the native email app (1-2 minutes).

I found disabling the notifications on the native email app helped, as I didn't see the delay.

I'm more than happy with Spark especially the "Smart Inbox".
