Wow, that's pretty intense. I'm sure Apple was aware of their plans though when they signed exclusivity with them in Canada.
I am glad to see Apple standing their ground.
The comment from Rogers is major B.S. In The Netherlands we have unlimited data for 44$. There is no way the Rogers plans are competitive or even fair.
i live in the US but screw Rogers for trying to rob Canadians.

It's not like Apple had any choice, Rogers is the only GSM network.
Why is Canada so stupid, this just ruins my life.. haha
Wow... yea. that's really unfortunate... probably better off getting AT&T and paying out of country roaming
Bell Canada is also GSM
They used to be CDMA, and I believe that 7 years ago when this thread was new Rogers was the only Canadian GSM carrier.
