Speak Easy Connect

When trying to make ringtones from my Speak Easy recordings with the Speak Easy Connect software, itunes can see the custom ringtone but it does not show up in my iPhone. When I sync the iPhone the custom ringtone seems be copied to the phone, but it's not in there. Anyone else have this issue?

Have you found a solution to this as i have the exact same problem

All of a sudden it just started working fine by itself, I can't explain it.
