Speak selection no longer working in safari

Since the 15.4 update speak selection doesn’t work on any of my iOS devices in safari. It seems to work in other apps and often asks me what language, but two iPads and an iPhone and it won’t speak anymore. I really use that feature, anyone having similar or know how to fix it?

I bought my iPad three weeks ago, and the speak selection for safari works up until yesterday, and stopped as of this morning. I don’t know what’s with it, but I decide to bring it to an Apple Store tomorrow to fix it. (iOS version 15.5) The speak selection for other other apps are working fine.
