Hi all

I'm having a problem with some calls that I'm making. All I'll hear is my own voice amplified, nothing from the person at the other end. To fix I need to quickly put the call on loudspeaker, then back to the speakerphone.

My question is, is this an issue I should be concerned about and seek a replacement? Or could an update fix it?

Hmm... hard to say if this is hardware or software, since most iPhones don't have this problem. I think the best course of action would be to reserve an appointment at an Apple Store and talk to a Genius about it.
