Speaker issue

Some times when I put my phone on speaker phone it's loud but then it will get quitis there any way to fix this to keep it loud

I would be curious to find the answer to this question as well. The Speaker phone volume on this phone is horrible. When I have to be on a teleconference for work I always use the blackberry just because the speaker phone is louder. Does anyone have any ideas?

its weird though cause when use speaker, its loud at first then it tones down and stays down
