Speaker Phone Works, Ear to Ear doesn't

So, for some reason, the speaker phone option on my iPhone works. But if I turn speaker phone off and put the phone to my ear, I can't hear the other party.

Any ideas?

You need a new ear piece speaker. Common repair. Should run you about $40. Let us know if you have any questions. 🙂
