speaker problem

Someone might have posted something similar here, but i am too lazy to search them up. so the iPhone has two speakers, only one seem to work for music, calls, etc. is that normal? if so, what is the function of the second speaker. did anyone else encounter this problem?

*the one that works is the one on the right, if you were to put the iPhone face up.

One is the microphone says in the manual it's been covered plenty on this forum already mate
