speaker problem

Can anyone tell me if they are having trouble with only one speaker. When I have a call on speaker I can put my finger over one speaker on one side of the phone and hear them:confused fine. But if I move my finger to the other speaker I can't hear the person at all. What do I do? How do you get repairs on these phones. Do I go back to the AT&T store? 😕

Only one of them is a speaker, the other is a microphone. You're not a having a problem.
