Speakerphone for video conferencing with my iPad

I'm looking for a speakerphone to attach with my iPad for video conferencing. Has anyone used the Phoenix Audio Technologies Quattro3 MT303 with their iPad or heard of it? I have been looking around and it seems to have great reviews.

The audio quality with bluetooth is terrible though. That's just an external speaker for music. I'm looking for something that offers echo cancellation and noise suppression.

I have a Jabra Freeway which I use 99% of the time in my car. I have also used it indoors during a few conference calls with my iPhone.

I have never had an issue with sound quality (until the battery gets low on either device it seems).
