I have a 2016 mbp 13 nTB. When I put the volume up to nearly 100%, there is some sort of resonance or vibration at certain pitches. It's as if the pitch and volume is making the keys vibrate and is very annoying.

Is this normal or not?

Can't imagine playing it at near 100% for long periods, the speakers are just too loud for normal use at that volume. My 2017 15" does vibrate a bit near the palm rest if I rest my my hands on them, but I can't hear any vibrating keys or other vibrating components.

It's usually outside when I watch series or movies and there is a lot of ambient noise. Maybe vibration is the wrong words, it's really a resonance that cause something to rapidly shake. And this only happens at certain resonant pitches

Patient:
"Doctor, it hurts when I do this".
Doctor:
"Don't do that".

If ambient noise is a problem, get a decent set of headphones.
You don't have to spend a lot.
I've always liked these:

When you pay nigh on 1k for something you expect it to do what is supposed to, no? Playing iTunes music results in this resonance at full volume. Obviously that's not designed to be.

Buyer:
"It doesn't do what it's supposed to"

Seller:
"Don't do it then"

Great
