Special badges not showing on Apple Watch

Today I mentioned, that I can't see any "special" badge (like for international women day etc.) on my Apple Watch. I can see it on iPhone normally. I tried restart my AW, but still can't see it.
I have iOS 16.3.1 and watchOS 9.3.1 (AW Ultra).
Anyone else with this issue?

This happens occasionally and the special badges should return in a day or two. I've had this happen a couple of times in the last month.

Be patient could be an hour or a week but you’ll get them if you did the work.

I have dozens of this badges, I can't see single one from Watch. I can see all from phone. Must be a bug!
