I am a deaf/hard of hearing teacher looking for an app where I can input specific goals for each student and then customize how I want to track the data... for example, one goal may either have a "+" or a "-" . A different goal may have the options of putting in the sentence they said. And then have the option of graphing or printing out the resulting data. Is there anything out there that would do this? HELP!!!!!!

You could try FormConnect. You can pretty much build any form you want. It allows all kinds of input within the form. You can export a .csv into excel/number, but would need to create the graphs yourself. We use it in my school for a lot of observations/walkthrough type forms, but I have been trying to get them to move it into different departments.
