specific problem with events added in iCal not showing up (syncing) w/MM

...And since they don't make it to MM; they don't show up on iPad or iPhone either. Going the other way works fine...any events created on MM, iPhone, or iPad WILL show up on iCal on my Mac. anyone have any ideas? Thanks
 
yes...I did search the forums and tried the suggestions I saw....

I've also reset sync history on iSync, set/reset sync preferences, etc.
