Does the specifications of my device accept the version .. Mount lion 10.8.5 or
10.9.9

Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5 is the last version to support your iMac 6,1. You can install Mountain Lion 10.8.5 using MLPostFactor though, here's a tutorial.
