I got one at my local target a few weeks back and I think it's decent. The thing I don't like is that it is 50 dollars and the fit folio is only 40. My wife and kids have the fit folios and the only thing about theirs that I like better is that the inside ( part that touches the screen) is soft and the inside of the mag folio is a cheap micro fiber material that feels annoying when you are touching the back in book mode.
