Received my Black/Black Grip yesterday for the 7 Plus, and not a fan. I think I will be returning it. I loved the Candyshell Grip I have on my 6 Plus, and was hoping the Presidio Grip would be the same or better. The feel and look of the Presidio Grip is very unimpressive. It looks like plastic and feels like rubber. Not a fan.

Completely disagree.

I've had many candyshell grips over the years and the presidio grip is noticeably slimmer, lighter, not as "Sticky" (As not to catch pocket fabric), finally is all black and more ergonomic.

I'm a fan of the new Presidio Grip design as well. It also looks more stylish and sophisticated than the old CandyShell Grip.

Will post pics tonight, just noticed they left it when I was leaving for work this morning!

Quick thoughts:

I ordered the all black Speck Presidio Grip case for my Black iPhone 7 Plus because out of the ~20-30 different cases I had for my 6S Plus, I always loved using the Candyshell Grip. The way it felt in your hand was top notch, it fit flawless and really gave the iPhone something it could use, grip.

The Presidio Grip, in the 3 minutes I looked at it and snapped it on to my 6S plus, is a great evolution of that case. It does in fact seem thinner than the Candyshell Grip which is great, maybe even a little bit lighter. The biggest thing though, for me is that they got rid of that scratch prone glossy finish and it's not a nice matte finish that seems to be very scratch resisitant. The grip ribs are still super grippy and feel awesome in the hand. Case is tight and fits perfect on the 6S Plus (albeit for the different openings and camera), I'd imagine its just as nice on the 7 Plus.

I've always liked the Speck cases and the comfort feeling you get knowing your phone is protected, seems like they were able to keep that level of protection while making the case thinner and (in my opinion, much better looking). When the phone isn't naked, I think I may try to lose my case addition and alternate between the Presidio Grip and a Black Apple Leather Case.

Pics to come tonight!
[doublepost=1493182962][/doublepost]Any tips on removing it? I got it for the 7plus , love it but I can't remove it. Not sure I want to put too much pressure specially on the camera

Hello, does any of you bothered of the added weight? i have the regular presidio for my 7+ and I always go back to my rhinoshield crash guard because its just so light. Or does any of you had/have the rhinoshield playproof? If so, which do you prefer? Which is heavier? Thanks :)
