One of the cases that I bought for the Iphone 6 was the regular Speck Candyshell. The case was kind of warped looking and would spin easily on its back (as others have noted).

This was the first time that I had dealt with Speck Warranty. I would have just exchanged it where I purchased but they were out of my color.

I emailed Speck and they told me to take a picture of the problem on a sheet of paper with my name and date. Then take a pic of the receipt.

You must keep your receipt to get the 1 year warranty.

From emailing the first time to new case in my hand... took 9 days.

I am very pleased with their service especially since this is a busy time of year.

They asked me for a picture and receipt the first time and it was great, but the second time i tried to use their warranty service they wanted me to send the case in. Which is ridiculous, because id be without a case.

To the OP. Is your replacement candy shell case OK? IE does it lay flat on the table without wobbling or spinning around easily?

Interested to find out too if replacement case doesn't have the spin issue anymore. I've got the candyshell which also has the wobble issue and it can get annoying. Requesting for a replacement through warranty too
