Speech Recognition Mic?

How many of you use the Speech Recognition built into the iMac?
And of those who do use it, do you use the built in mic or do you use a 3rd party microphone?
Which mic is best?

Its pretty hit or miss with the built in mic. Im not sure about others, but it almost never understands me. I speak clearly with a non regional dialect. You almost have to say it as if you're a robot. Its more than likely a software issue, other than mic. Rosetta Stone understands me perfectly well. I really hope they improve on this with the next update.
