Speed up audio playback

Does anyone know any apps for the Ipad 2 that allow you to play.mp3 files at a higher playback? I'm a student and I usually use VLC on my computer to listen to my lectures sped up, but on the Ipad I haven't been able to find an equivalent set up. The best I found was changing my files into audiobooks but I find the 2x doesn't speed the lectures fast enough.

Ive looked everywhere and can't seem to find an answer 🙁
