Speed up sync on iTunes?

I have an iPhone 4 and I am on the latest firmware. I have a large library of music that I need to sync. Is there a way that I can set this up to make it sync pretty quick? Rather sync it all at once than just doing a little at a time. Its a few hundred songs. Thanks for the help.

screw itunes man lol ! i use ifunbox for all my iphone related things! it has almost 5x faster tansfer rate!
