Speeding up my Mac

I have had my Macbook now for about seven months and I just want to make sure it is running at it's optimum speed. Do you have any tips to decrease start up times and other ways of optimizing my Mac?

Sounds like you aren't noticing any issues at all, so not sure there's anything to diagnose.
