Speeding up / Overclocking Hard Drive

Is there a way to some how make a say 5400rpm drive to run at 7200rpm?

I think you can only do that do the CPU.

replace it with an SSD or a hybrid drive. They aren't that expensive anymore and make a real difference.

You can't over clock and HDD (and even if you could it wouldn't be pretty) Maybe install an SSD 😉
