iPhone Speedometer for signal and wifi

What tweak will change my signal and wifi to speedometer like alkaline does...I saw a screen shot of it but they didn't say what they were using to do that...

For all u smart ass dicks not sure how I got it but I downloaded rebars and when I went into winterboard I saw speedometer for signal and wifi not sure how I got it unless it was put in there after I downloaded themes for alkaline. So theres my answer.....
