Doesn't surprise me - at airports my iphone data rarely works well, there are so many people at the airport using their phones, checking email, surfing the web with their verizon/at&t/sprint/tmobile cards, etc that the cell towers probably can't keep up, kind of like when you go to a sporting event and try to even make an outbound call. FAIL!
I am relatively sure he meant Mbps for the last two.
Btw I created a thread specifically for Speedtest X results with the goal of centralizing that data, would request people use it for this type of data.

Yep - Typo - corrected.
In nearly all of my tests - both East Coast and West coast my fastest speeds are coming from Mifi - then 3G - BWI, DIA had similar results. LAX was a bit faster on 3G but still quite a bit slower than MiFi.
