spend my 20 Yen in my Itunes store

I once lived in japan so i have a japanese itunes store...well but now we returned to germany and i wanted to change my itunes store account to german
It says that i first need to spend my last 20 Yen ( nearly nothing) before i can change my country.Is there any way to spend the 20 Yen or to remove the 20Yen from my account without buying anything (there is nothing for exactly 20 Yen)
Please excuse my spelling mistakes and please give my some solution to get rid of that 20 Yen

I would just call Apple... there isn't going to be anything in the iTunes store that costs 20Y....

Find something in the store you DO want and top up the account so the price will exactly use your balance. Or ring Apple, there is no magic here.
