I ordered a Spigen case on Amazon 8 days ago. It was one of the cases that said ships immediately. After ordering it, Spigen changed its status to "Preparing to ship" and it sat like that all the way until this past Thursday when they finally shipped it.

I understand with all the iPhone 6/6+ demand.. It might have taken them awhile. What irritates me the most is when they finally shipped it.. They chose to use UPS Mail Innovations.. One of the slowest domestic shipping methods they offer.

To give you an idea.. I'm in Alabama.. My case is sitting in Atlanta, GA.. Less than 4 hours driving time away and it's not going to be delivered for 5 more days.

Last time I had someone use this method.. It took over 2 weeks to get a package to travel 350 miles.

Anyone else order a Spigen case and are in this same situation?

I've ordered about 10 iphone 6/6+ spigen cases on amazon since it was announced and most arrived with normal 2 day prime shipping. A couple took a couple of extra days to arrive but I got them all before iphone launch day.

Bit different as I'm in the UK. I ordered direct from Spigen last Sunday, it was delivered on Friday. They shipped it via 1st Class Royal Mail (Usually next day) on the Thursday. Guess they had quite a few orders to go through.

I am in the exact same position. I ordered a Spiegen 6 Plus case on the 14th and it sat "preparing to ship" until the 17th. They also used USPS Mail Innovations. My tracking number just barely was able to be tracked starting today and it doesn't have any estimated delivery time. "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS" since the 19th on my tracking number. Really bad service, especially since I actually paid $3.99 for shipping this case (I usually don't buy anything except Prime eligible items.) Very disappointed in their service on this one.

Lol I am in the same exact position... I ordered the slim armor with kickstand.

Spigen direct has always done this. They process the charge immediately and then print out the shipping bill but then sit on it.....sometimes for weeks. Happened to me with a couple of Neo Hybrids last year.

Read the Amazon reviews....lots of complaints on this.

Same issue with me. Ordered a Neo Hybrid Metal that was "in stock" at the time last Tuesday. I sent an email 3 days later threatening cancellation because I knew they didn't really have any in stock. They printed a shipping label 30 minutes later after receiving my message with a tracking number that hasn't moved for 4 days now. Now I can't cancel my order. I went to Best Buy and bought an open box case for cheap that has turned out to be pretty good.

Ordered a 6 plus clear capsule case last Sunday from Spigen, chose priority mail 1 day and still hasn't been delivered. Ended up just going with a cheap case from best buy last night until it arrives -_-

You guys, they are having problems with the cases. I know cuz I have one & they are sending out stabilizers for the buttons to all affected.

Relax, they are just trying to fix stuff. Would you rather have a crap case with a crap fix or a newly produced case done right the first time.

a lot of Spigen case issue thread. it's sad that a company that currently has the nicest looking iPhone cases is having so much problems. It forced me to wait a week or two before ordering my case.

Order placed September 18, 2014
Shipped on September 19, 2014
Still waiting for delivery, but no details on expected delivery date as per USPS but is about 2 hours away from my location from where it shipped in Irvine.

I live about 5 minutes from them, and last time it took 3 days to receive it. Ordered another case. We'll see how long it takes this time.....

I also ordered the Spigen case from Amazon last Sunday and it had delivery date of 9-19 to 9-24 estimated. I too was worried due to the UPS Mail Innovations service (which hands it off to the USPS for final delivery).

I was very happy to receive the case on Friday (9-19) a few hours after I got my iPhone 6. It was handed off to the Postal Service on Thursday afternoon so am surprised the USPS delivered it so quickly.

There are a few threads about this over in the accessories section, where this thread should be.

I only ordered one through Amazon and it's going to be here Tuesday. But an issue I have is they emailed me like three times about the buttons not being right in the case for the phone and they have some insert you have to put into the case for the volume buttons. I may be returning the case if they can't even get it right and it's taking forever to ship.

Original. I can safely assume based on your ridiculous amount of continuous posts throughout the past 2 days, that you really have nothing else better to do this weekend.

Just report the posts and the mods will take care of it. That's what I did, as it's a violation of the forum's policies & procedures.

I ordered two of the bumper-style cases (no back), one for each size. I ordered them from Amazon on Wednesday, and paid the extra $3.99 (or whatever) for 1-day shipping. They both arrived in one box the next day. On Friday, I got a 6 (wanted a 6+) from the local AT&T store and have been using the bumper case. I like it but you don't get any clicking with the buttons. I'm not sure if this is related to the known problem they've supposedly contacted people about. The buttons all work, you just don't feel/hear any click from the real button underneath. Not a deal killer.

All that said, I'm not certain if I'll use any case at all once I decide for sure which phone I want (the 6 or 6+). I'm definitely going to use this bumper for the next 14 days, though, since I might end up returning the phone to AT&T if both I and my wife decide for certain that we both want the 6+.

I am in the same boat with my Spigen order. It sat around and finally got to Orlando yesterday. It says that a notice has been sent to West Palm Beach. I had ordered a different Spigen case a few days earlier and it came faster than their estimated date. I did receive an email that they are sending something to fix a possible problem with the buttons.
