How can a glass screen protector protect your screen because if it shatters or breaks won't the slivers scratch the screen? Just wondering. 😕 Being tempered glass it can still break (just like Gorilla glass which also breaks).

Check out the ilounge review and you will see a damaged Glas.t
They are not protected on the edges.

Considering that the ipad is over 4 times the size of the iphone, 70$ seems justifiable. Still too expensive for my taste though. Guess I'll have to settle for the <5$ ones from monoprice 😱

^^ That picture is from an ilounge review. They say it was caused by change in the pocket with the iphone.

I dont place my phone is a pocket with anything else so I have not encountered this....also, your ipad is not going into your pocket so they is very little chance of this happening.

The bigger issue is getting it on an ipad straight and with no dust. This is going to be much harder.
