1) It's a stand from Spigen (the manufacturer), fulfilled by Amazon
2) Not entirely sure why you're quoting me? I've seen pictures of the stand. It seems to be pretty hit and miss as to whether you get one with the label on the top or bottom of the base. Hopefully all of the top-labelled ones are out of the channel soon!

Yeah it is. It officially called the 'Quirky Cordie'. I have two on them on my bedside table and multiple scaddered around the house. Amazingly useful IMO and worth the money.
