Spigen has a popular stand where they where they claim compatibility with Series 4. In fact Series 4 is not compatible with this stand. I've tried to charge both a SS and SBSS Series 4 with this stand, and in both cases, it was not charging properly. The charge would actually further deplete while on the stand.

Wondering if others have experienced this as well.

I have the exact same stand and no issues with series 4.

What band are you using? It’s hard to get the watch seated properly with a sport loop.

Are you using the old charger puck or the new one that came with the S4? I find that the newer ones seem to conform to the curve of the sensor better, creating a better contact than my old chargers.

I've tried it without a band.

I'm using the Series 4 puck. Very strange because its happened with 2 different watches for me. When I put it on the puck without the stand it charges fine, but on the stand I'm having this problem.

Been using this stand since I got it last Friday and no problems charging. I’m using the series 4 charger puck and I have a 44mm SBSS with sport band.

I'm using my old S1 puck with my S4 on that same stand.

Make sure your charging puck is not to recessed or pushed back into the stand. One thing I found in general with that stand is that unless you push the puck forward a bit, it can lose contact with the watch.

Thanks. I thought the puck was pushed to the front but I just tried pushing it harder to the front and it seems to have made the difference. The charging is now working. My bad. Thanks for the advice.

Do you have the silicon pad attached? This is meant for 38mm watches. It tends to work fine with 42mm, but I noticed I had issued with my new SS S4 44mm. I removed the rubber sticker and it works perfectly fine.

I'm referring to the photo on the right (below).

    Working for me flawless.
When I had the clear case on my Apple watch I wasn’t able to charge my watch.
    Removing it did the trick.

OP's issue was resolved a week ago.

If you had read the thread, you would know the issue was the puck had slipped back into the stand.

I'm not sure why anyone with a 42mm watch would have intentionally used an adapter for the 38mm watch with this stand anyway.
