Spigen Support ???

    I made the mistake of ordering from them directly. They billed same day, statused it as shipping 3 days later, and now I'm 8 days out from ship date and its status has not moved. So far 2 attempts to contact their Support team, with no response. The only # I can find isn't staffed and tells you to contact Support. Nice cases, but very questionable ability to support their customers.

    I've used their automated email inbox twice about an issue with my neo hybrid and have gotten no response.

    Spigen Support ???

    I've contacted them by phone, email, via eBay, and via Amazon multiple times over the past FIVE weeks. Even tried a couple of times from a different email address trying to bait them into responding to a sizable sales inquiry. I have received exactly zero response.
