Overall I like this case and I don't have a problems with the bumper moving around like some other posters have said. My biggest concern is the small lip. I had the Poetic Atmosphere for my 5s and the Spigen lip is definitely smaller, unless it has something to do with the curved screen. I may just get the Atmosphere again and compare.

How is the clear back? Is it a hard plastic back that will get easily scratched over time?

It's quite possible that it will become scratched over time but it seems to be coated in some sort of scratch resistance. It's got that glossy feel not all that unlike the gorilla glass screen of the iPhone but not quite that slick. Case makers obviously know this has been an issue so hopefully they've gotten better at it. But I still expect it to scratch some. May be that it doesn't last a full year. We'll see. Still going to be looking and may just get the Poetic again because its lip was a bit bigger. I don't like the black lines on the back of it though.

The back or just in general? I'll be honest I am worried about that as well. With the rounded edges it seems to be collecting on the screen edges and corners. I guess I don't know how that's avoided or a problem any other case wouldn't have. It's a tight fit overall and the camera cutout looks mostly really flush but I can still see how some dust/lint may get in.
