SPIGEN - Ultra Hybrid

did anyone get the Spigen Ultra Hybrid for iPhone 5S ? was there really bad case of scratches on the back clear plastic ? is this a good case ?

i use it as my daily case, and i dont give a crap if it gets scratched since its just a case. the whole point of having a case on is for it to get scratched instead of your phone. it looks good, feels good, and the button feel is awesome.
