Spilled coffee on MacBook

My turn for this situation. I spilled coffee on myself the other day. I was using my MacBook at the time. About 15mL got on the trackpad and I think it fell in the crack. The trackpad still clicks down, it just doesn't respond. is there anything I can do? it's a Unibody MacBook 2GHz.

well for starters, turn your macbook off and upside down. the longer you keep it powered on, the less chance there is a chance of you getting it to work.

This actually happened some time ago, and I left it like that for about a week, didn't help anything

Sorry about your loss. I've killed keyboards and an ipod with liquid damage, but never a macbook. May want to invest in a keyboard cover next time.

Don't plug it in until the logic board has been cleaned properly, or you risk bricking it.
