spinning wheel on system icons in menu bar?

I noticed if I restart/shutdown my MacBook and I put my mouse over the menu bar it is beach balling and it goes away after 10 seconds?

Anyone else seeing this?
 
Yes depending on how many menu extras or background things that have to load, you’ll see this behaviour. I’d say it’s normal.
