So, I reinstalled Cydia, and now I'm not allowed to download Spire for some reason.

It says: Cannot Comply. Note: THe requested modifications cannot be applied due to required dependencies or conflicts that cannot be automatically found or fixed.

And it wants me to Continue Queuing.

I paid $20 for this service, and now I can't get it back?

Does anyone know what the problem can be?

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 5_1 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/534.46 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1 Mobile/9B176 Safari/7534.48.3)

I'm on 5.1. When I reinstalled cydia, it told me to just Boot or whatever.

Where can I get that? Can you give me a tutorial on how to do it?

if you don't know what shsh blobs are you are most likely sol redsn0w has fetch for blobs if they are there as well as stitching them. Iclarified has tutorials you can also use tinyumbrella to check. (search for it) this is why most of us don't just upgrade without knowing the facts 1st.

So this is my current situation.

I checked Cydia, and on top it has SHSH 5.0.1. I downloaded TinyUmbrella, and saved the SHSH.

I click on start TSS Server, and my iTunes quits automatically.
I open iTunes, and I hold down Option as I click restore.
I downloaded 5.0.1 from somewhere (I can't figure out how to find the SHSH that I have saved on TinyUmbrella in the new box). As I click it to install firmware 5.0.1, I get iTunes Error 11.

    How do I fix this?

I got my SHSH, and I want to downgrade to 5.0.1, I just can't figure out the last part.

I searched iTunes Error 11, and it says something about "Resolution
Removed bbfw file in the firmware folder of an unzipped IPSW.

    Read more: http://xiphone.org/itunes-fix-error/how-to-fix-error-11-itunes.html#ixzz1pAFxs9yx"

But I have no idea what that means.

Can someone help me on this last part?

in the advanced page in TU it shows the path TU saves your SHSH's

on a mac it's a hidden folder in your home user folder named: .shsh

What you need to do is make a custom firmware with redsn0w with your shsh/apticket stitched to a stock ipsw.

    start redsn0w, go to extras/shsh blobs/stitch

    select the downloaded IPSW
select the SHSH you saved, you might have to copy it out of the original folder to some other folder, desktop or so.

Redsn0w will now make a custom IPSW with the SHSH/APTicket stitched to the IPSW

    Put your phone in DFU-mode

in iTunes ALT-restore(mac) or SHIFT-restore(win) your custom IPSW

After choosing the custom IPSW, I click on Restore, and it takes the longest time.

Keeps saying, "Preparing iPhone for restore" for about 5 minutes, then gives me error 1604.

    Any ideas what's happening now?
