which website do you guys use and why? or is it the same if i want to jailbreak my ipad?

Both will do the same thing. Jailbreakme.com is done directly on your iPad though, so if you don't want to use a computer, use Jailbreakme

Spirit only works for 3.2. If you have 3.2.1, you have to use jailbreakme. If you are still on 3.2, you can use either one. If you have 3.2.2, you are out of luck, no jailbreak for you until next major os update.

Both very easy. I thought nothing could be easier than spirit but then jailbreakme.com came (I had to use because I had 3.2.1).

No. Just use jailbreakme.com.

jailbreak me requires iOS 4.0.1 and lower.
Spirit does jailbreak iOS 3.1.3
Thats what software my phone is running on and i jailbroke with spirit.

I was getting impatient for an untethered jailbreak for 4.2.1, so I was going to revert to 3.2.1 and run jailbreakme.com again. But I decided to give the tethered redsn0w 4.2.1 jailbreak a try. I am happy with it. I will have my laptop handy in case I need to reboot and rejailbreak. But I'm not too worried about that. I rarely need to reboot and even if I do, IOS will still run right away. It just won't be jailbroken until I run redsn0w on it again. I'm glad I don't have to give up the nice iOS 4 features.
