How do you do the 2 apps at once on a iPad mini or is it not supported and is only for the new iPads?
 
iPad Mini 2 and 3 and iPad Air 1 support the slide in apps and the PIP. Basically any iPad with A7 or A8 support those and only the new ones with A8 and 2gb RAM support the side by side.
