Split view on apple mail

I am on 10.11 GM release. Does apple mail support split view. no matter what i do it doesn't do it. all the others seems to work. Are others seeing this or is it just me. thanks

Split screen Mail.app has one major issue in that on an external display when the overlay window is down the bottom of the screen then its ghost appears on my MBP's non fullscreen space.

Somebody didn't do their QA properly, Apple.

I don't seem to have this issue. Can you post a screenshot?

Strange. Still can't seem to recreate your issue.

My laptop screen is diagonally below the external screen instead the display screen layout. Try that.

Still nothing. I tried both diagonally above and below the external display.

The arrow shows the space I'm running Mail.app, and the laptop display is diagonally below. It is reproducible consistently for me.

Ok. I was able to reproduce it by putting my built in display at least half way diagonally below like you have it. If you moved it slightly left or right, whichever direction is away from the Mail.app Space, it probably would stop the bug.
