Splitting a file

Is there anyway to split a file. I have a zip archive bigger than 4GB (FAT Formatted Drive), and I need a solution to split it.

Any Ideas?

I use this:

it says it hasn't been tested with leopard but I haven't had any problems. Just in case I would double check the files by joining them back together before sending it out.
