control, they want full control
It's not very elaborate actually. It checks the "expected" keynote link (For today it's http://www.apple.com/apple-events/september-2012), and the Apple Events podcast feed. Previously, Apple used this link (http://apple.com/quicktime/qtv/keynote/) to redirect the browser to the latest keynote link. The keynote checker still checks that too.soooo voidness:
do you enter the link in your checker manually or do you have some elaborate checking scheme?
My wifi doesn't reach to the pool in my house and would like to have wifi wile I swim![]()
i'm gonna see the iphone video sorry guys i couldnt hold on. Good luck
15 minutes more it is dot dot dot
By the way.... Just to prove how nerdy this is I'll ask a question: Any girls following this?
I thought not...
do you know apple at all?![]()
Yeah, I know, but I honestly think that the people who wait for them to upload it so it can be watched instantly don't really care too much about the audio. Those who care so much about audio probably don't feel too strongly about the keynote, and are probably find with waiting another 8 hours or so
Thanks! It's a great little community we have here.![]()

Yes, the script failed a few times when Apple made changes to the URLs they use for the stream. In these cases I manually redirect the checker to the correct URL and it pulls the stream links from there. As far as I know both. He has scripts up but they sometimes fail and he updates the URLs manually when they do.
