The spoiler I saw is an image, but there could be some text. So avoid visiting the page once the stream is up.Is the spoiler in image form? if so, i'll just disable images.

to clarify what void means: this is the link that he thinks will be the stream... nothing is up as of yet and this is just his highly professional and educated guess
also once the link is put on that site void will provide us with a link that opens quicktime directly so it would be wisest to wait for that
How do you know?

Apple already uploaded some images related to the event to that URL.How do you know?
to clarify: this would be the location of the link to the quicktime stream. The actual URL to enter in your quicktime player or browser is a lot more complicated and frankly, impossible to guess.
IMHO it's best to wait for the link that opens QuickTime directly.
Simple, turn off the TVI have no clue how one could go through the day without accidentally seeing it on CNN. Just me?
communism?
That's why you should turn off images, and make your homepage about:blank.I closed Firefox, and then came back later, and opened it, and to my dismay, my homepage was the default Apple homepage for Safari.
....I immediately hit the Macrumors bookmark link though. Don't think I saw anything TOO bad.

Simple, turn off the TVor isolate yourself in a small dark room away from anyone who could spoil anything.

No, seriously, I mean, what can be the reason? It's not as if every little detail isn't already written in every blog on Earth. And encoding a 1h stream (with only average quality, as it always is) doesn't take anywhere near this long. So...![]()
To be fair, I think its a little more complicated then that. For a start, if there working with HD video that's quite a compression by it's self, and don't forget they have to edit and /top tail it a bit. Also i'm pretty sure they don't just encode one 'average' quality stream. I'm pretty sure there are multiple streams and it gives you the best quality one your net connection can handle
Come on, TV stations can do that live.To be fair, I think its a little more complicated then that.
