spontaneous itunes radio play

After upgrading to IOS 7, my iPad 4 suddenly starts playing music from iTunes Radio. How can I prevent this. I don't need iTunes Radio in the first place
 
I had the same problem on my iphone 5. It stopped one day.
Shakira used to play in my pocket spontaneously.
